The following documents are required to be submitted along with the admission form:

1. Student's Documents:

- Birth Certificate

- Previous academic records (Mark sheets and Certificate)

- Photocopy of Student's CNIC (if applicable)

- 2 passport size photographs

2. Parent's/Guardian's Documents:

- Photocopy of Parent's/Guardian's CNIC

- Proof of residence (Utility Bill, Rent Agreement, etc.)

3. Other Documents:

- Medical Certificate (issued by a registered medical practitioner)

- Character Certificate (issued by the previous school/institution)

Note:

- All documents should be photocopied on A4 size paper.

- Original documents will be verified at the time of admission.

- The institution reserves the right to ask for additional documents if required.
